I completely forget about time differences (I am from WA) and rang at closing time. I apologised profusely and said that I could call back tomorrow and was told ‘NO WAY! We can sort it out now, no problem’. You even started your computers up again for me! I opted to exchange for another item which I received in the post a few days later with all the paperwork to return the item that didn’t fit. I stress about dealing with returns for online purchases however you made the return process easy and simple. This is the sort of service that makes you come back and recommend your site to friends. One of my most recent purchases was a 'Love me baby' 'Wrap me up swaddle' for my new little 12 week old, Chloe - I can not rave about it enough, we love it!! It's so snug and stretchy, has her arms tucked in right where she wants them, I can transfer from cot to car to pram so easily, and it's soooo cute - now affectionately nick-named the "pink worm suit" in our house. I particularly love my little juggy boots, and my toddler is as enchanted with the Nighty night spray (makes the angels give him good dreams) as the baby. I just wanted to thank you for the lovely free gift I found in the box with my order. What a beautiful surprise! I absolutely love the little overalls and tried to take a photo of my baby in them to attach, but true to form as soon as the camera came out he vomited all over himself. It was very unexpected but very appreciated! All the dresses were super cute as usual. The big by Fiona minty spotted dress looks so much better in person and my daughter just fell in love with it and the Flo Dancewear dress. I think I may have to order the Flo Dancewear dress in another colour now as she had to wear it straight away as soon as I unpacked it and just loved the comfort factor plus the spin factor! It could have also been the fact that I called it a “ballet dress” that did it as well. I wanted to also mention the fact that I love that you are now starting to put photo’s of actual children wearing the clothes on your website. It just makes it so much more helpful as a parent to see what the clothes look like on a child. My daughter is very slim but tall for her age. She is only 2 ½ but she is wearing size 4 dresses for the length otherwise she would be having to wear leggings with nearly every dress! It makes it hard sometimes as some size 4’s are just way too baggy up the top but yet the length would be perfect so I have to be careful with the style of dress that I buy. Thank you for posting photo’s of children wearing the clothes to make it easier for us parents. Once again thank you again for the Rock Your Baby white bow dress. My daughter will definitely get a lot of wear out of that dress over winter. You really are the BEST online kids clothing website!
